Yes. Live 1-minute candles are pulled from Yahoo Finance's public /v8/finance/chart endpoint — the same feed powering the live charts page. There is no synthetic or randomly-generated data in the backtester.
For offline candle replay, TrendPip ships a bundled snapshot of OHLC data covering roughly October 2024 through April 2025 for every pair, so you can replay any session without making a network request. Whatever you see on screen is what the broker's tape actually saw on that candle.
Renewals are managed by Stripe on auto-pay:
Monthly at $9.99 renews every 30 days. Yearly at $79.99 renews every 365 days. Lifetime at $99 is a single charge with no renewal — you never get billed again.
Card details are stored by Stripe only; TrendPip never sees your card. Your plan, status, and renewal date are visible from the account page, and Stripe sends an email receipt before every charge.
Cancel any time from the account page. Monthly and yearly plans stay active until the end of the current billing period, then downgrade to a read-only journal view. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge to cancel.
